Needed a plumber to fix leaking tub faucet and made appt for next business day. Plumber didn't show up so i called and found out plumber had been ill and he wasn't answering calls. They were very apologetic and offered to have on-call plumber come the following night. Brian showed up as promised and was fantastic. Courteous, professional and did a great job.“

Six Hvac did the entire heating and air conditioning system in my house, gave me an excellent price and excellent service, I love how they work. I joined the club membership that they have and for only $44 a month they change my air filters and humidifier pads, do safety inspections, check for gas and refrigerant leaks, clean the entire system avoiding deterioration, in that club they also include parts and repairs, they have 24/7 service, if you have an emergency they do everything possible to help you. The owner is a very honest person and always willing to help the client. I highly recommend Six Hvac, we have been their clients for many years and our ventilation system is excellent thanks to them. 5⭐️“

“AAC Heating and Cooling installed my HVAC system many years ago, and I recently called them when my furnace started making a strange noise. John came out within 24 hours and diagnosed the problem as a ceased motor that had to be replaced. He was very knowledgeable about the issue and explained the steps to fix it clearly.

Unfortunately, the part took 8 days to arrive, and during that time, my home temperature dropped to a chilly 38 degrees and in the middle of winter, that was not a treat. It was quite uncomfortable. John was extremely communicative and responsive, promptly replying to my texts and keeping me updated on the status of the motor’s arrival.

As soon as the part arrived, John offered to come immediately to complete the repair. The entire process was straightforward. Quotes to replace the part were extremely high but AAC Heating and Cooling quoted a much more reasonable price for the part and labor.

Overall, it was a positive experience, especially compared to some less satisfactory ones I've had in the past. I also signed up for their maintenance plan, which I believe is a great way to ensure your unit is regularly serviced.

Our plumber Stephen was excellent in all facets of the job. He called me back 15 minutes after the answering service took my call. He explained both the after-hours cost structure, and a likely time estimate related to that. He was candid, transparent, and wholly committed to making sure that I was informed before he put in the work order.

Stephen's communication style before and during the job was exemplary: he kept me appraised of his arrival time (we're in Princeton and he was coming from New Brunswick), and got all the details he needed from me to make sure he got the right tools at the shop.

The clog turned out to be a more involved job that originally thought, and it was only because Stephen brought the kind of tools (bigger, more powerful snake, etc.) that he thought he might need that he could fix the drain and disposal that night. His thoughtfulness and preparedness in getting the right gear was essential.

Stephen was a pro, and a super nice guy too. He explained the underlying issues behind the clog, and set up the system to work fine for the foreseeable future. My two young sons were *fascinated* by the evening's events and Stephen was really kind to answer their questions about his tools and how they worked.

“I went to high school with Sean many years ago… I was using town and country fuel and had a brand new Roth oil tank put in by my service company..town and country refused to fill it saying it wasn’t installed correctly and very unprofessional with me after 4 years of business for absolutely no reason (they must have never seen a Roth tank before) mind you the first fill up was included by my service guy it was filled without any issue by his provider… so I reach out to T&M they asked for pictures the lady I spoke with on the phone was great very professional and helpful….They came right out next day looked it over and filled me up…. “Our water heater broke and flooded the basement on early Sunday morning. Called them and Luciano was on emergency duty. He calmly walked me through what to do, and suggested a good local company for mitigating and drying up the flood (which should ideally be done asap to prevent mold), and scheduled a replacement for Monday. Later in Sunday afternoon, with the mitigation people already at work, the broken heater was leaking some more. It was time to call Luciano again and this time he offered to come and just replace the heater ---on a Sunday afternoon! He was so nice and helpful, and was willing to take hours off his Sunday to do so. Normally they don't do new installations on Sundays. Very pleased with Luciano's going above and beyond, and being so helpful.“
