Our heater quit working suddenly. We called Perfect Air and Hector came very quickly. he identified the problem right away. Since it was our misuse, Hector didn’t charge us anything and said they didn’t do anything to fix the A/C. They also provided us a check list to make sure we check the issues ourselves first to avoid issues like that in the future. We appreciate their care to their customers and their integrity of doing business. We will continue using their service and highly recommend their service to anyone.Service: Heating system repair

Our AC broke and with this heat it was close to 90 degrees in our house. I called Perfect Air and Hector called me back within 15 minutes and was at my house 15 minutes later. He was able to fix it and we were back up and running within an hour after calling. I would recommend Perfect Air to anyone. They put our unit in 16 years ago and we have been with them since then.
