“Our furnace gave out this past weekend when nighttime temps were going to be around 20°. This was concerning especially since we have a baby. I couldn't get in contact with our usual HVAC/Plumbing company, so I gave Home Allegiance a shot and I was very happy with the results. Chris was able to see us the same day and was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained what was wrong and did a great job level setting around timing and cost. He was also kind in offering to let us borrow some space heaters, knowing that we had a young child in the house. He was able to get us the parts we needed and fixed our furnace quickly, especially given that it was a holiday weekend. Overall, we were happy with the work done and will be returning customers. Since it was our misuse, Hector didn’t charge us anything and said they didn’t do anything to fix the A/C. “I can’t say enough good things about Tom and Precision Air to do them justice. I have been using Precision Air for almost 2 years now to service my HVAC Systems in my home and my rental properties. This week, the furnace in my rental stopped working, the blower motor had stopped working. It had been replaced by Precision Air less than 2 years ago because my previous tenants rarely if ever changed the the air filter . I totally expected to have to pay again for a new blower motor. I was speechless when Tom covered it under warranty! That’s the very definition of integrity in my book, doing the right thing when you don’t have to.On another occasion, Christmas week of 2022 we were preparing to host our families Christmas Eve dinner and the furnace in my home stopped working on 12/22. Tom came out and sent a helper to North Jersey to get the part’s needed and installed them the day before Christmas Eve! By coincidence, while he was finishing up the repair at my home. I got a call from one of my tenants ( located literally around the corner) saying that their furnace was working intermittently. It was now after 5 pm the night before Christmas Eve and Tom went over with me and quickly diagnosed the problem and walked me through what I needed to do to fix the problem. Who does that!? Tom at Precision Air does!“

“Here I really appreciate Mr. Plumber.My main drain was clogged and I brock one of two caps which is on the trap near the wall in basement. I have no knowledge how to take the broken cap off the trap; then I called Mr. Plumber, and I got very quick response. The gentleman over the phone encouraged me to buy tools from Homedepot and fix it by myself. And I did clean the clogs and reinstalled the new cap. Everything together only costed me about $30.
