“I contacted Herr’s to install a natural gas line outside for a new grill. The crew they sent out was incredibly professional. They cleanly ran the line through the garage and out the back wall. When the ground was opened they informed me of a broken pipe leading out to the septic system which they were able to fix thankfully, cause that could’ve lead to a much more costly repair in the future.The sub contractor they worked with to help out with trenching the line underground also did an incredible job. They had to move some pavers on my patio for the trenching work and put them back perfectly.For any big or little jobs I would gladly use Herr’s Plumbing again.Service: Outdoor plumbing system repair“

“Tony is very professional, responsive, responsible, and punctual. When I needed to replace a gas water heater, I contacted 8 plumbers/plumbing companies and was impressed by how responsive Tony was - he returned calls when I left voice messages, contacted me when he was running late, responded very quickly to my emails, and sent me a PDF file with quotes for the different water heaters we discussed (the only plumber to do so)! He was also very professional – he gave me his no-nonsense honest opinion about each type of water heater, patiently answered all my questions, and never pressured me to get a certain type of water heater. To top it off, he also had the best quote among all the plumbers, so it was an easy choice to hire him.On the day he replaced my water heater, he arrived at 8:05 AM with his son, well within the 8:00-8:30 window he had given me a few days earlier. Tony and his son worked very efficiently and finished the installation within a few hours. When I asked if he could connect the drain pan to the sump pump, which wasn’t originally in the contract, he said he would do it in the afternoon after finishing another project – and he returned within a few hours. I contacted him again a few days later to ask about the warranty and he again responded very quickly. I am really impressed with Tony’s professionalism and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber!“

“Clean professional work. Thank you. I had trouble with my sewer all day and called 2 other plumbing companies and they told me its hard clog and they did their best but couldn't get to it. When I called Superior Services and explained to them what happened, Gary told me if they couldn't unclog it, they would not charge me. They came out and spent over 2 hours and they were successful. They cleaned up after themselves and told me if I had a problem to give them a call. Really happy with their work. They took their time to explain what had caused this problem and every professional.
