Excellent Service!! The staff and technicians at Reddings are highly responsive, knowledgeable, very professional and take the time to explain issues and offer meaningful suggestions. They are my absolute go to for all of my plumbing needs (faucet, toilet, garbage disposal and hvac installation plus maintenance) for years now. Our plumber Stephen was excellent in all facets of the job. He called me back 15 minutes after the answering service took my call. He explained both the after-hours cost structure, and a likely time estimate related to that. He was candid, transparent, and wholly committed to making sure that I was informed before he put in the work order.

I had a very good experience with them last winter. During the big snowstorm, my furnace stopped and they took care of it in a very short time and with good advice. They recommended me to replace the broken part, instead of investing in a new furnace since my machine was in a good condition, despite being 20 years old, so I saved a lot of dollars and my furnace was fixed the same day. Without a doubt, I will hire with them the replacement of the unit when the time comes. They were fast, honest and very clean.
