I want to give a huge shoutout to NC Jefferson Plumbing & Heating!
My water heater began leaking on Sunday, and by Monday, Luis from NC Jefferson had already replaced it. Fast response, very reasonable pricing, and hassle-free service.
It’s so refreshing to support a genuine, family-owned local business that actually cares about its customers instead of a corporate conglomerate focused on upselling. If you want quick, reliable work from people who take pride in what they do, look no further than NC Jefferson.

Louis addressed my HVAC problem with my thermostat and fixed it Immediately. Unlike the other company that couldn’t figure it out for two years. He really knows his stuff and I would highly recommend their Services

I received excellent service regarding my central air conditioning system. I chose Jefferson Plumbing based on their reputation for reliability, and I am very pleased with the results. The technician, Louise, was professional, pleasant, and highly knowledgeable. Thanks to his expertise, my unit is functioning perfectly despite the current outdoor temperatures exceeding 100 degrees.
