“Emil knows what he’s doing. I called others from my area and all I got was a run around and expensive part replacement suggestions. Emil figured out that it was not the heat pump reversing valve that was the issue as another suggested but it was a low voltage wire that was shorting my system. Emil is younger than the other guys but still more knowledgeable. Don’t waste your money with others, call him.”

“My AC unit was not working and Conway was fantastic. Rob Bonilla was my tech and he was amazing. He was able to diagnose my AC unit which was located on the roof of my building and he was able to get my AC unit back up and running. Rob took the time to explain what might have cause the issue and was very easy to talk to when going over my situation. Rob was very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely highly recommend Conway to all my neighbors for any AC or heating issues. Thank you so much Rob for fixing my issue! You’re the best!”
