“I had my first home plumbing service from NuBlue yesterday and am very happy with the results. Jerry was helpful, explaining what he would do to diagnose the problem and possible repairs. As I expected, it looked like the old faucet assembly would have to be replaced, requiring a service panel to be added in the back wall of the adjacent closet. It's an old house, so these things happen. While preparing, Jerry said he had an idea and did another experiment. He determined that he could fix the problem by just replacing the faucet pipe fitting, saving $1,000 and no longer having to put a hole in the wall. Thank you, Jerry! :-)“

“Ray is the man, very personable and friendly while being very good and quick with what he does. Only thing I wish for the company is to be more price transparent. I just wish they had a portal of sorts to where you can send a project and photos and they give you an estimate that way instead of pay for a quote. Main Street is not the only company that does this, they send someone to come out and look at a project (waived if you move forward) but it feels like it can be done better. I would recommend this place to anyone in the Fuquay area.“
