What a great team! Our water heater failed late on a Monday night, and they had a technician out first thing Tuesday morning to assess our situation and provided a competitive quote. Hot water heater broke down on the weekend. Steve Carvey came out on a Sunday morning and had everything fixed in about an hour. He was experienced and fantastic!! NC Waterheaters is my go to company. Dave and his crew are the best.
