We moved to Raleigh in 2022. Our Realtor recommended Midtown Plumbing and I'm glad she did! We have used them several times over the past 4 years and they are excellent. The technicians have always been extremely knowledgeable and the quality of their work has been top notch. They are our go to company whenever we need plumbing services.
Whether dealing with Amber or Stephanie in the office or Matt, our go to technician, our experience with the Midtown Plumbing team is always the same: courteous, prompt service done right the first time. That’s why we are renewing our annual Maintenance Membership.
Tim came to see the leak in our bathroom that two other plumbers couldn't fix. He was prompt, pleasant, respectful of our home and professional enough to say we should hire a leak detection specialist to determine the source of the problem before attempting any invasive repairs. While I wish this problem was over with, I appreciate Tim's honesty and will definitely call him to do the repair after we know what it is. So far, Midtown Plumbing deserves five stars.
Update: leak detection revealed that there was no structural damage but that we would need a restoration company to take up the floor tiles and dry up all the water. Thanks, again, Tim!
