Based on the reviews, Poseidon Plumbing provides very detailed and fast friendly customer service. They let customers know what they are needing to do before doing it and do not try to sell anything. They are fast and clean up after themselves, and are personable and courteous. The technicians do an excellent job solving issues, and customers appreciate the hard work and thought put into fixing problems. Customers had an amazing experience with their technician, who was timely, professional, honest, and did work exceptionally well. Customers highly recommend them for anything plumbing related, noting their pricing and discount offers were excellent.
Justin was very nice and professional. He gets 5 stars but the pricing gets a 3.
Nick Clay did a very good job. He was able to replace the shower valve cartridge that my previous plumber could not do.
Justin was pleasant, informative, and patient. Answered all the questions I had. Fixed a leaky bathtub faucet in a timely manner and assured the leak was no more.
