William made sure to respond to my request for a second opinion when I still had a leak after the first visit. He was very thorough and restored my confidence with the workmanship done. Note: I was not aware that holes might need to be cut into ceiling/wall to be able to get at the root cause, but I was referred to an outstanding painter (Jose Reyes) who did amazing work blending the repair with the existing ceiling!!
