I had my first home plumbing service from NuBlue yesterday and am very happy with the results. Jerry was helpful, explaining what he would do to diagnose the problem and possible repairs. As I expected, it looked like the old faucet assembly would have to be replaced, requiring a service panel to be added in the back wall of the adjacent closet. It's an old house, so these things happen. While preparing, Jerry said he had an idea and did another experiment. He determined that he could fix the problem by just replacing the faucet pipe fitting, saving $1,000 and no longer having to put a hole in the wall. Thank you, Jerry! :-)
We needed our doorbell looked at, as well as have a new one installed. Aston showed up within the given window time and was professional. He was knowledgeable in what he was doing and we good conversation while waiting on feedback from the office and or updates on the device. Once again NuBlue as provided a great service and got the job done.
