“We noticed our last water bill was higher than usual and on 8/31/23 when we were having our annual Termite inspection under our house our inspector found that our water heater was leaking. I contacted Shawn at Welch Plumbing for help.He asked for some measurments and we decided install the new one in the garage. Shawn does great work. Guarentees his work. Got to the job very quickly. Shawns price was very reasonable and he cleaned up any mess created by the work. Shawn even went under our house and disconnected our the old water heater capping all lines. They were professional, helpful, and incredibly thorough with their work. They were quick to respond to my questions and scheduling before they arrived. The plumbers showed up timely and didn't leave until the whole job was done. Considering how much work was involved, they worked hard to finish that job! Their work was exceptional and they even made sure that the new lines were perfectly aligned with my new vanity. That's a detail they didn't have to do, but it saves me a lot of time and hassle in the long run.I have other bathroom renovations and plumbing needs in the future and will only hire Carolina Plumbing.
