Great experience from initial contact all the way to appointment execution. Company is very responsive. The technician, Aiden S. was extremely efficient, respectful, and conscientious during the entire visit. You can tell he truly cares about his work and customers. Would use this company again in a heartbeat.Professional excellence from beginning to end.
Great Customer Service. I called on a Monday and had an appointment for the next day. They sent me a bio and photo of the service tech, so I could greet him when he arrived. In a short time, he diagnosed my problem, and the job was completed quickly.
Optimal Plumbing sent an incredible professional, Aiden, to replace my water heater.
He worked his tail off and did a great job, solving problems well beyond the unit.
My wife and I are delighted.
THANK YOU.
