My recent experience with Rufus and Champion Plumbing was positive in all regards. My initial call was answered quickly and an appointment was arranged for later that day. As requested, Rufus contacted me to give me an ETA. He listened attentively to my explanation of our clog problem. We had ongoing clog issues with a hard obstruction 15 feet into our line. I had worked on it and partially removed the clog, as had another plumber. Rufus communicated my expected charges ahead of time, and then fixed our problem in short order with a machine driven snake tool.
