“We have been using WT Murphy for almost 9 years now. He is honest, reliable, caring, and reasonable. The first time we ever called, we could smell sewage in the main bathroom. He asked how often we use that shower and said to just run the shower, as the trap might be dry. This solved the problem with no charge. We have called on him ever since. He answers after hours or calls/texts back quickly. All the people that we have worked with (owner Bill, Bill Jr, and Som in law Chris) are very professional and helpful EVERY time we need something. “Excellent service and office staff. Problem was a hot water heater that caught fire. I called at 7:30 am and technicians were there before 9:00 am to assess the problem. It was an older counter unit with space limitations in a closet. Brian researched and found a unit that would fit and replaced it the next day.Very friendly and professional staff. The cost of the unit and install was very reasonable considering the entire replacement took less than two days. Will definitely use Carolina Plumbing for future plumbing needs.“
