She was very knowledgeable about hair care which I appreciate more than anything. I will be returning. Her prices were consistent with the area, and since we agreed to 3 week visits, gave me my NJ price. I will definitely be returning!
My son has very difficult hair to work with. Being half Asian and half Hispanic it’s very thick and unruly. I needed him to have a cut that is manageable. The fade was meticulously done and the top trim was done perfectly for what we needed. The atmosphere of the shop is very relaxed and they had last minute availability when my son decided he wanted a hair cut on a Saturday. The whole staff, especially his barber, listened to what we wanted and executed the cut just the way we asked. Thank you so much!

Erica Parker is an amazing, genuine person and hair stylist. I was referred to her by a friend, and definitely recommend her as well to anyone looking to get their hair done as well as have a great experience. I needed a barber that could give me a razor line using a straight razor and found one. I thought he was a little pricey, but that was my fault for not asking the cost up front. All in all, he did a good job. I shall return.

I've found my new go to nail place! For several years I have been making a 2 hour round trip to get my nails done. I have been to beautiful life nails several times to check the consistency/quality of their work and have been very pleased. Susana is so welcoming and bubbly! Ive seen her check in on other clients to make sure they are having a great experience. Luisa is amazing! She is very attentive to details. Both Susana and Luisa have done beautiful nail designs for me. The salon is clean and quiet. Not your traditional salon where its packed and has you out in 30 min with mediocre work. They genuinely care about providing good quality work that actually lasts.
Tina and her workers are the best I got a pedicure the other day and it was so amazing I love the way the girls talk to you and Tina she did my vitamin gel and it made my nails strong she is the best

I don’t even know where to begin! If I could be a spokesperson for this company I would!! My father and I have had a leak in our house for 2 weeks we’ve had 4 different companies (not going to name them but I would if I didn’t feel bad) come out to our house to try to find the leak. All FOUR other companies could NOT find the leak. Then our FIFTH company (Thorntons plumbing) comes in and assesses everything and is very thorough luckily we had Jared (our technician) find the LEAK!!! From everyone in the office- TT and others, to Jared (technician) and the actual owner herself (Tracy) they have made this HORRIFIC leak experience (caused floor damage, MOLD and other damage) much more manageable and VERY HELPFUL! This is a long overdue review but still much needed. Bill came out to my home to fix a blown out fuse on two separate occassions, after a storm. He didn't try to upsell me unnecessary services (like other electricians in the area) and his charges for his time and services were fair. He also provided education/explanations of the needed work (a rarity in the service industry) and tested each fuse to make sure they were functioning properly. To make full use of his time, he asked if there was anything else I needed and changed a second floor staircase lightbulb that had been out for quite some time which I had no way of changing myself. He has such a kind heart and I would recommend him 1000 times over.

Recently moved to Clayton and my old HVAC company, who I had an annual maintenance contract with, did not service this area of town, so I had to find someone new. A friend recommended Arctic Air, and they did not disappoint.
James came out right after I moved in this summer to check out the HVAC systems on my house and make sure everything was good to go. He was able to clean the coils on the condenser and educate me about the systems I inherited with my home. Did a great job.
I just had him come back out again this fall as the seasons turn, to do a little more maintenance and ensure the heating was working properly and ready for the coming cooler weather. He showed up right on time, got the work done, and ensured we're all set for when winter comes.
For what it's worth - if you don't have an annual maintenance plan on your HVAC, you should strongly consider it. After I had to replace a full system several years ago at an old house because I neglected to maintain it, I realized the cost to maintain is much cheaper in the long run and helps everything stay running like it should for as long as possible. Arctic Air's pricing is very reasonable for this service, and I am glad I found them.

We had a new in-ground vinyl liner pool and they transformed the space surrounding it from disgusting clay into the hardscape of our dreams. Great bedside manner, gentle touch, thorough, great results. Also, a family member, years of seeing a former dentist, who totally missed what Dr. Challenger found on the first exam. A tiny dark spot that didn't look right on the films. He ordered a ct scan...done right in his office, found a very large cyst that had been growing under 5 teeth in his lower jaw. We were able to get the appropriate care and treatment to save his lower jaw. His experience and skill is top notch, plus my fear of injections is now gone, as he is so proficient at delivering them. He also invests in the best modern technology to provide his patients excellent care. TRUST the good reviews.

Before I started here, I had back pain and my neck ached constantly which I didn’t realize. I also had a bad bout of acid reflux recently. I have stomach issues and this was distressing to me. After several adjustments my back pain was relieved and my neck didn’t have that lightning pain. After one adjustment my acid reflux went away. This chiropractic care has helped me immensely. I’m happy I gave myself the time to devote to heal up amongst a busy schedule dealing with pain and discomfort.

I participated in the restoration yoga class led by Emily Hurr. I’m a 60+ female, new to yoga, and a friend asked me to join. It was two hours of pure relaxation and release as Emily instructed us through movements of flexibility, mindfulness, and following our breath as our nervous system resets. That night I slept for eight hours and the following day took a two hour nap! I would highly recommend taking a class with Emily, her instructions and supportive approach creates a positive environment for students of all levels.
