Patients have praised the strong expertise and kindness of the therapists, especially Shane Courtney, who tailors each visit and shares helpful insights about TMD. The office maintains a cheerful atmosphere with good energy, and the entire staff is welcoming and professional. Many appreciate the excellent care, including dry needling from Pam and helpful service from Nicole at the front desk. The overall experience is positive, with patients feeling supported and confident in their recovery.
I am so happy I chose the Clayton Benchmark for my OT and PT. Every single staff member there is the absolute BEST, not exaggerating. They are kind, incredibly considerate, and an absolute blast of fun to be with. I have a complex, chronic illness (fellow zebras take note, iykyk) and my therapists took the time to learn about my condition to create the best treatment plan for me. I know I would not have improved the way I have without their help and constant support. THANK YOU CLAYTON TEAM!

Benchmark has become my extended family they always go above and beyond to give me five star service and make me feel at ease and I'm always feeling my best after every appointment. This establishment has a great group that sets them apart from any therapist I've ever seen! I'd like thank everyone at the establishment for all their hard work.
