Amazing and caring staff. Even with no openings available, they were able to squeeze in our kitten who was in decline. They call us when medication has arrived, along with follow-ups. They are great about refilling meds when called in the same day.
Dr Stevenson was Excellent for our first visit with our fur baby Bentley. She took extra time to understand our concerns with his complicated bladder issues. They also bill Trupanion directly. We have already recommended her to a neighbor. Thanks!!!
Dr. Huff, Natalie, and every single staff member I interacted with at Plantation Park Animal Hospital in Clayton were the kindest, most efficient professionals I’ve ever experienced in a veterinarian office in my life. They went above and beyond to make my appointments run smoothly, timely and with the best care I could have imagined for my puppy Drako. I highly recommend this office if you are searching for someone to care for your animals and make sure they receive the best healthcare possible. I drive an hour and a half to take Drako to them for his maintenance needs and I cannot imagine taking him anywhere else.
