“They did great when we first hired them. Have been a customer almost 4 years. Last year service started getting slack and not doing everything we were paying for. We had cameras around all around our house so could document everything done. They begain to not do all the things we were paying for. Each visit we had to call back for them to do a return visit. They continued to put notes on file as if we were at fault for them not doing what we paid for. Then 2026 season started, same thing. I have documation they did not spray my back yard but yet when I called again to complain, I got a rude person's response and a rude remark from.the return tech. when we fired them, they seemed happy to get rid of us because we expected to get what we paid for. They can come back with anything they want but beware, they start off great and as time goes lack the services you are paying for and become rude when you approach it.“
