Eric came to the appointment on a timely basis, and was able to determine very quickly what the problem was with a gas fireplace leak caused by a previous installer of the new equipment.
He did a great job, and it was easily realized he is very knowledgeable, and has a lot of experience related to natural gas lines, installation and repair, as well as ones plumbing needs.
He took the time to explain the repair process, as well as what was causing the leak, and made sure all of the new equipment was installed properly. We are glad we found his service company, and had Eric do the repair with a very reasonable cost.

Eric was extremely professional and understanding of our situation. Not only taking the time to explain what we needed, but why we needed certain things, as well as showing the proof of the damage being caused from not having certain components. On top of all of this, his pricing was extremely competitive, and beat everyone else by a mile without even having to be told the others prices. That to me says a lot of about his respect for his customers.
What a fantastic experience! Eric came to the house to work on several gas related items- everything was done to perfection. He took the time to explain and discuss what he found. You will not find a more knowledgable, CARING individual. I've been in the people business over 45 years (Pharmacist) and I can promise you Eric cares about doing a great job, for a reasonable price. Most importantly, he cares about doing it the right way. It's refreshing these days to find someone you can trust with your home.
