I had come in bc my body was getting tight from transitioning from labor/heavy workouts to studies and an office job.
Lisa soothed tight spots, asked about pressure and allowed me to feel comfortable as I think my body language may have shown that I was a bit nervous since I have not got a massage in many years. The hour was up before I even knew it. I was about to fall asleep it felt so nice.
I love this little gem in Clayton and plan to go back.
I always have a wonderful experience at Retreat on Horne! KaiLee is my go-to for therapeutic massages and does an amazing job helping me relax and relieve stress. I recently had a cupping massage with Taylor, who did a fantastic job focusing on some shoulder discomfort while also providing a relaxing experience. Both are wonderful massage therapists, and I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend!
