We contracted with Closer Look over the summer to finish an unfinished portion of our upstairs into a bed/bathroom. We went through the design process and they were very flexible exploring all our requests before settling on the final design. Ceinna was our designer and we received an update each week on progress. Once construction started Trey, our PM, and Chad, our Super, were very respectful and communicative. Living in a home during construction is hard BUT the team understood and made sure thing were communicated quickly and worked things out as they came up.
