We couldn't be happier with the work 12th & Oak did in our Garner home! They removed our old carpet, installed beautiful new white oak hardwood that matched our existing floors perfectly, refinished our existing hardwood with Rubio Monocoat hardwax oil, replaced our staircase with matching white oak treads, and installed LVP upstairs. Everything flows together seamlessly and looks like it was always meant to be there.
The craftsmanship and attention to detail were exceptional from start to finish. The crew was professional, communicated with us throughout the project, kept the house clean, and treated our home with care. The Rubio Monocoat finish brought out the natural beauty of our white oak floors, and we couldn't be happier with the final result.
If you're looking for a hardwood flooring contractor in Garner, NC for hardwood installation, hardwood floor refinishing, stair remodels, or LVP installation, we highly recommend 12th & Oak. They exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn't hesitate to hire them again!

Izral Daniels is a true craftsman and a master of his trade. From the beautiful new flooring to coordinating our upstairs carpet replacement and interior painting, every aspect of the project was handled with exceptional professionalism and attention to detail.
The quality of the workmanship exceeded our expectations, communication was outstanding, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. If you're looking for the very best flooring contractor, I highly recommend 12th and Oak Floor Co. Izral is hands down the best flooring contractor in North Carolina—and quite possibly the entire Southeast.
