We couldn't be happier with the work 12th & Oak did in our Garner home! They removed our old carpet, installed beautiful new white oak hardwood that matched our existing floors perfectly, refinished our existing hardwood with Rubio Monocoat hardwax oil, replaced our staircase with matching white oak treads, and installed LVP upstairs. Everything flows together seamlessly and looks like it was always meant to be there.
