Everytime I've called Stonewater Veterinary Hospital the staff has been phenomenal! Kind, patient, and supportive! I've never had trouble getting an appointment and prices are always given when I ask which is a big help. My kitties are also way less stressed going to this veterinary hospital than our old location in Clayton because it's not super chaotic in the lobby and they have exams rooms for kitties with big windows to look out at. It's always been a super pleasant experience going to this location and I'm extremely grateful for the staff and providers! Added pictures of one of the kitty exam rooms that we went to when we fostered two sisters my husband rescued.

My dog's regular vet would not work him in during biz hours for an emergency (despite only well visits being scheduled) & instead offered an appt. 8 days later! And, my 6 dogs (& fosters) have been patients for over 15 years. I feel that's not compassionate or professional. I called Stonewater and explained that I was not a patient but had an emergency and they saw him within the hour! Now that's customer service and concern. Dr. Richardson and staff were wonderful. Thank you from Rip & me.

Today was our first visit for an emergency. They got us in quickly and didn’t hesitate on a plan of action. Dr Robinson and the entire team were amazing! They loved on my fur baby so much. They all did an amazing job of explaining everything and there were no unexpected expenses that blind sided me. We felt like we were family there. Highly recommend.
