4. The crew was on time, respectable, attention to detail, answered any and all questions I asked, and didn't not mind me helping/watching. They stayed late did not rush, should have taken lunch but kept pushing.

The plumber, Austin, identified the hot water heater issue & provide several options. Started with the simplest first and that fixed the issue.
Then he quoted several replacement prices with current code rules at play.

My DOT Medical Card was suspended because of a medical condition that I had already been cleared for by my primary physician. In my opinion, it never should have been suspended in the first place. Even after I provided documentation from my doctor verifying that I had been medically cleared, the previous physician would not overturn her decision, even though the documentation was there to support it.
I was referred to Johnston County Spine Center by a friend, and I am extremely grateful that I went.
After I explained my situation to Dr. Bailey, he took the time to actually listen, review my medical chart, and go through the paperwork from my primary physician. He did not rush me, dismiss my concerns, or treat me like I was just another appointment. After reviewing everything, he was able to reinstate my DOT Medical Card, which had been in good standing since 2001.
What stood out to me just as much as the result was the way I was treated from beginning to end. Dr. Bailey and his staff were friendly, professional, respectful, and genuinely willing to help solve my problem instead of simply trying to collect a dollar.
That level of service is rare, and I truly appreciate it.
I would recommend Johnston County Spine Center to anyone who needs care because of their professionalism, friendly demeanor, willingness to listen, and commitment to helping their patients.
I was so impressed with the care I received that I will also be bringing my wife to see Dr. Bailey because she suffers chronically from scoliosis, which is another area he specializes in.
Johnston County Spine Center has earned a customer for life. I live about 45 minutes away from their location, but that is a very small price to pay for priceless service, genuine care, and real results.

Xtreme shades went above and beyond to accommodate our schedules in getting both of our vehicles windows tinted this week. Not only was the job done quick it was done precise and without flaw, that’s why we continue to return.
Biannca is super professional. She's really patient, knows her stuff, and keeps everything clean. She even offers some refreshments while you're there. Her playlist is absolutely awesome! My sister and I had the most incredible pedicure experience.

I had such a great experience with Jeri Jordan! I came in after getting a haircut somewhere else that I wasn’t happy with, and Jeri took the time to really listen to what I wanted. She was so kind, patient, and clearly cared about making it right. She worked hard to fix it and wouldn’t settle for anything less than perfect… and I really appreciated that. I left feeling so much more confident and heard. Highly recommend her, will definitely be coming back in the future :)
I go on the weekends when the older woman is there cutting hair. She does a great job and ten dollars a hair cut for men.
I came in for a walk-in eyebrow wax and was in and out in no time. I was able to be serviced right away. Brianna did a great job and made sure I was completely happy with my eyebrow shape. It was a great experience and you can’t beat the free refreshments in the waiting area!

It’s in his blood! Fred been cutting for almost 30 years! He isn’t just a barber! Master barber! He is an instructor and can cut various types of hair. Achieve looks without the need for enhancements but he can skillfully use those as well. A Consistent hair professional!
Great haircuts at a reasonable price. Donna has been cutting my hair for years and she does an outstanding job. Comfy chairs in the waiting room and easy parking out front or in the Smithfield lot next door.

Karla is by far the best nail tech i have ever been to!! (we travel for a living so i have been to some pretty fancy places where i paid way to much for way to little) her prices are extremely reasonable especially considering the outcome of my nails!! they were freaking AMAZING!! her art was spot on and exactly what I asked for!! Her communication skills are strong!! she even came in early so i could get a full set befor my trip. i would recommend her a thousand times over!! and one more thing, my nails ACTUALLY stayed on!! i’m very rough with my hands and these suckers are holding on tight!! as long as i’m in north carolina i will not be going anywhere else but to her!!!

I just wanted to share that Tiffany and the ladies are one of the most greatest and wonderful group of people you ever want to meet. For quite sometimes I've been coming here to see Tiffany and these great wonderful ladies with those beautiful smile. Everytime I've stopped by to bring Valentine's Day cards, Mother's Day cards and Christmas cards they always have a wonderful smile and always greeted me whenever I walk through the door. I've known Tiffany for many years. I've known since we were around 1st grade I've believe, it was at South Smithfield Primary School. John Michael’s didn’t disappoint. Super friendly, clean . Easy to get to. John Michael gave me a wonderful haircut! Just what I asked for! Got hair color too. Perfect. I would highly recommend this salon.I didn’t think the price was too high for the expertise. I was also surprised when I had gotten the time of my appt. Wrong and they took me in anyway. I originally called for my boyfriend to see if the dentist could accommodate him with his allergies. He has been newly diagnosed with alpha gal syndrome and is allergic to all mammal products (which can be found in floss, numbing agents, and even in water filtration). Needless to say, he was extremely nervous. We spoke with Kelly and she was wonderful. I cannot say enough great things about how she treated us. She listened carefully to all our concerns and did research on her own. She promised us a call back after she spoke with the dentist...and she followed up with us the next day. I could tell she did her research! She showed genuine interest and compassion for my boyfriend's allergies. She eased our minds and he had his appointment. Dr. Godwin and the whole team made him feel confident that they took his allergy seriously and would make sure his procedure would be done safely. I already have a dentist, but I plan on switching to Greenhouse family denistry based on the great care they took. Thank you Kelly and the whole team for going above and beyond.
The staff is friendly and compassionate, and they were able to help us get a handle on an injury while helping relieve the dog of pain and an infection setting in. I'll be bringing in more of my pets for routine care soon.
Dr Ward is a wonderful doctor at the Animal Hospital. He took good care of my Peekapoo for 17 years until he passed. And now he is caring for my 1-year-old Maltipoo because I know she will get the proper care
