We even received a handwritten sympathy card from them! Should we get another dog there is no where else we will take them!“

“Everytime I've called Stonewater Veterinary Hospital the staff has been phenomenal! Kind, patient, and supportive! I've never had trouble getting an appointment and prices are always given when I ask which is a big help. My kitties are also way less stressed going to this veterinary hospital than our old location in Clayton because it's not super chaotic in the lobby and they have exams rooms for kitties with big windows to look out at. It's always been a super pleasant experience going to this location and I'm extremely grateful for the staff and providers! Added pictures of one of the kitty exam rooms that we went to when we fostered two sisters my husband rescued.“
“I was a walk-in on a Saturday and still got seen within 45 minutes,the Doc was quick, thorough,and helpful in curing my dog's wet ear problem. I will not hesitate to bring her back for anything else she needs. Friendly staff,easy in and out, nowhere near the cost of normal. Awesome job!“

“I had the greatest service at that location, two day in a row. The young lady was not used to selling fish (for an aquarium), she and I learned about the fish that I purchased. She was very honest and most helpful. I fact I went back today .. and got the same salesgirl. Excellent Customer Service.“
“Petsense located in Clayton is a more reasonable approach to pet care and supplies than many of the well known retailers.We come here primarily for dog grooming. Dog owners know that good groomers are hard to find. At this Pet Sense location the groomers are kind and courteous to your pet and provide serviceable grooming skills. As they become more familiar with your pet they are able to help you refine the look you are hoping achieve with your pet.I will try to post before and after full body pics after our next visit.“
“Just moved back here to Clayton and I have a pup who is very allergy prone. Every time I have called Riverwood they help immediately even if it’s just to let me come pick up some more meds quick. They are ready within an hour of me calling. I appreciate everyone there and so does Aldo!“
