I had work done to my personal home when we were undergoing due diligence to sell the house. A bat was discovered in the attic, but we had two days to get the house bat-proofed before the start of mating season. Carolina Wildlife came out same-day, understood our urgency and concerns, and made it out the next day to install their system. They arrived by 9:30 and were finished by noon. Quick, polite, and professional. They saved our bacon, and at what I think is probably a reasonable price. I didn't have time to shop around, they knew that, and they still didn't quote me an outrageous price. Very recommended.

Now we have our own Great Clips, five minutes from the house, with no wait! And now, my favorite hair stylist from the other town has moved to this new Great Clips!

Daniel has been a joy to deal with. We have a zoned system in our home that has been problematic. Daniel came to our home on short notice, explained the issue, and presented me with several options. He did not press the more expensive option, nor did he denigrate the less expensive option. Instead, he simply gave me the options and allowed me to make a decision based on the priorities of my family and our budget.
Once the decision was made, Daniel worked with our schedule and was promptly in and out. I mention this because I had a meeting, and if Daniel and his crew ran late (as so often happens), it would have been problematic. I admit I was a bit apprehensive, but he arrived on time and finished a bit early.
Unlike some other contractors, they either wore booties or took off their shoes when in the house. It may seem like a small thing, but we have had problems with dirty footprints more than once. It just exemplifies the level of customer service Comfort Air provides. We are very pleased.
We were very happy with our home inspection for our new home. Jeff Nance was extremely thorough and detailed in his report and he also took time to meet with us to give us an overview of the report. I would definitely recommend J&N Home Inspections!

Jason had the problem with our water tank diagnosed within 5 minutes and had it replaced inside of two hours. He replaced all of the fittings and the pressure switch too, something the last guy didn't do. Very professional job and the price was great. Maid Perfect has been cleaning our home for over 10 years! They come twice a month and we get cleanings on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month.
I particularly like their text reminders 1) Confirming each visit the weekend before 2) The day before they send ETA info. 3) The day of, they send a “ on our way text” So I always know their schedule.
They are very trustworthy and I feel comfortable with them in the house when I am or when I am not there.
We pick up some before they come each time and our house always feels clean. House smells great for a couple days after they leave each time they visit!

Hicks has done work for our school twice and it has been not only excellent quality work, but also the best experience working with contractors that we have ever had (and we've worked with a lot of different contractors). Matt Hutchinson was our main contact both times, and he was so prompt, helpful and communicative along the way. He offered great solutions they could offer to the problems I told him we were experiencing on the playground. The whole team was there when we asked them to be, were all kind and respectful, and got the job done quickly!
Several years ago, they installed high-quality turf with fall zone cushioning under our play structure, and the turf still looks brand new, even with heavy, daily usage.
This month, they completed a drainage project to fix an area that we haven't been able to get to drain properly for years. They also installed turf and rubber tiles for our infant playground area. It all looks awesome yet again!
We will definitely go back to Hicks for any needs we have, and I recommend you do the same! They can be trusted!

Very patient with my terror of a dog. Lost one star because first time they coaxed and got her through. Second time, same groomer came back frazzled and could not complete the job. However she's been back and got nails trimmed just not grinded again. God bless them. My pup is a drama queen.
