Rather than telling me how it should be, she listened. Even if I sounded a bit crazy, she never made me feel that way. Her level of experience and expertise is extremely rare! I sincerely hope to have her cut my hair for a very long time!!”

“Fantastic Sam’s Flower Plantation Clayton NC. I called and booked an appointment with an advanced skilled stylist for a cut and style. I was scheduled an appointment with Erin. This was my first time scheduling at a Fantastic Sam’s, I typically go to a Hair Salon in Raleigh. I was a bit nervous going into a chain store for a haircut. I read reviews and they were very high which helped put me at ease. I was pleasantly surprised with the professionalism and pleasant personality when meeting Erin. Erin took the time to listen to what I wanted and looked at my inspiration pics and pics of failed cuts in the past from other beauticians. We discussed in great detail what I was wanting. I must say she nailed my cut and style. I have natural curly hair however I dry my hair 90% of the time. I asked for long layers, face framing and point cut on the ends to smoothly blend my layers and remove the bulk so that I could easily blow dry with a round brush and go without lots of work trying to style it. She did a fantastic job cutting it as my hair falls in place perfectly. I never felt rushed and she reassured me if I got home and found any areas that may need additional attention that I had 7 days to return to address it at no charge. It was nice to know that I could however, she did such an excellent job there would be no need to do that. That just shows she stands behind her work and wants to please her customers. I will definitely be back to book another appointment with Erin. Erin also did my daughter in laws eye brows and did a great job. I will probably go in soon for her to do my eyebrows. It’s so awesome to find someone that does a great job on my hair and be so close to my home. No more trips to Raleigh. Oh and a bonus the price was more than fair!”
