Our garbage disposal needed replacement. I was able to get help quickly; I called at 7pm and someone was at my house at 9:30am the next morning. The technician was pragmatic about the solution and quick with the repair.
Bryan, Antonio and the crew were phenomenal in alleviating my worst nightmare - water damage.When water was pouring from my basement ceiling, it made me extremely worried but just a phone call to Roto-Rooter made everything very easy thereafter. Their plumber Dennis came, fixed the leak. Then Antonio came, took photos with thermal image, accessed the damage and opened a claim with homeowner insurance. Right after Bryan and crew came over to start drying my ceiling. Throughout the process, they treated with respected, communicated thoroughly and handled the situation with utmost professionalism.
