Melissa Howze is responsive, helpful and helps me watch my costs. I have relied on her for years for my HVAC and plumbing needs. This is a long overdue thank you to her. She helps get the person I need out to the house, same day if possible. She reviews my accounts for various homes and tells me which account, service and cost I need to have. Thank you, Melissa!

Reviews
I recently had the pleasure of working with IRV PLUMBING , ELECTRIC & HVAC and I cannot say enough about the exceptional service I received. Malik, the technician who assisted me, truly went above and beyond in every aspect of his work. As a night shift nurse, I had just finished work, so I was super exhausted. Malik was not only incredibly kind and thoughtful, but also encouraged me that I can throw my feet up and relax- while he took care of everything.
From the moment he arrived, he took the time to explain every step of the process. His calm demeanor really put me at ease, especially after we discovered the issue wasn’t actually from a pipe. Despite this, Malik patiently explained the precautions I should take moving forward.
What really stood out was when Malik noticed that my front door wouldn’t stay shut. Without hesitation, he fixed it for me, saying it was the least he could do. He is also a fellow renter- so we had a mutual understanding of what renting from a property management company entails these days- & to say this was comforting is an understatement !
*IRV PLUMBING , ELECTRIC & HVAC- you truly have something special with Malik! The level of care and attention to detail is rare to find. I highly recommend IRV PLUMBING , ELECTRIC & HVAC and I’m incredibly grateful to Malik for his remarkable service.
IRV Plumbing does outstanding work! It was easy to get an appointment, and it was all covered by my insurance. Rafael was prompt, conscientious, thorough, very kind and definitely knows what he is doing. He found and fixed some issues that I didn't even realize needed attention. Rafael went above and beyond and I plan to calling IRV Plumbing, Electric & HVAC for future repair needs.
