Van Ruata came today to conduct a plumbing inspection. He was punctual, courteous and thorough. He took pictures of everything he checked and pointed out a couple of areas of concern. When I asked questions he gave me detailed answers and offered options to address the different areas. I am very happy with the service Van provided.
Jim presented himself well and was on time for the appointment. He checked out the HVAC equipment I anticipate changing. He was very thorough, explained everything in detail and ensured I had an understanding. He welcomed all my questions. He is very knowledgeable about the HVAC system.
(Spring ‘25) Logan Davis came to check our AC systems ahead of the summer heat. He was a very pleasant and professional young man. Great service, and some good advice in our closing conversation. I would have Logan back.
Van Ruata came to give estimates on replacing our water heater. I made clear to the dispatcher i needed someone who knew gas, plumbing, and electrical aspects. Van was pleasant but not as thorough as others. He could not quote on the electric hookup for an electric heater, nor did he open the electrical panel in the garage where the heater is located.
