“I called for a main sewer line backing up and David H. was at the house in less than 2 hours. We were able to fine the issue with a quick test. He explained what could have cause the issue as he was digging to the pipe. Once he got eyes on it he knew something had physically hit the pipe and damaged it. He took pictures all through out the process and made the repairs. At the end he did a full pipe inspection while testing to ensure there were no other issues caused by the impact. I appreciate all the knowledge and tips he shared while on site.”
