Joe called to let me know he was ahead of schedule and arranged to show up early, which is excellent.It turned out one issue was not plumbing related, but an HVAC issue. Joe FaceTimed a colleague in HVAC to show him the problem and arranged for an HVAC service call for me.Our second issue was a garbage disposal that wasn’t working. It was simply slightly unplugged.
