From the scheduling call, to the service technician arriving was seamless and they arrived earlier then scheduled which was great as we were experiencing AC problems.

We have a very old water heater we wanted advice on and they came out for a standard water heater inspection call ($89) and didn't play any games. I believe the tech's name was Jeff. He spent most of his time at the visit explaining to me answers to questions or even just offering wisdom/advice.
