i purchased a new water heater and the assigned plumbing installer handled the job. the office team was very pleasant and got me on the schedule quickly, which made the whole process easy. We were quoted about a 2 hour install window, and later that day they called to let me know they were running a little late, which i appreciated because it was helpful to get an update instead of having to call around. cameron arrived and got to work right away. he was professional, friendly, and answered the questions i had about the new unit, the hookup, and basic maintenance. The installation went smoothly, the work area was kept tidy, and everything was explained in simple terms. Overall, it was a very good plumbing service experience, and i would not hesitate to use them again for water heater or other plumbing work.
I called Keith's Finest Plumbing about an issue with the small water heater under my kitchen sink and some concerns with the main water heater valve. Everything was handled neatly and efficiently, and the hot water setup is working much better now. The service felt honest, the...read full review
A 5-star shoutout to Cameron at Keith's Finest Plumbing. I had them out before to replace a sump pump check valve. I called again about a separate sump pump issue that was not an emergency, and Cameron arrived the next day around noon. The response time was excellent. He found the problem right away and replaced the PVC line to the pump motor with the vent hole placed correctly, since the old one was set too low. He also fixed an older problem with the hot side of my utility sink. Great plumbing service, fair price, and everything was done in less than an hour. Many of us at a local condo association in Brooklyn Park have used them for plumbing repairs, and the work has...read full review
