Beware!!! this company is just collecting your $49 service fee. the reviews on this page are mostly about investments have nothing to do with plumbing. they get you by that attractive $49 service fee. I take responsibility for not looking up the reviews first and never talking to anyone on the phone. I called but nobody answered and they text message me right away. I was okay with that until this happened. I had almost everything out of the way on the bathroom faucet underneath the sink. I even had the spout removed all he had to do was remove the two faucets handles that I had a hard time getting to. and install the new faucet that we already purchased. they wanted $650...read full review

Had the Plumber Dan C come out to fix my toilet drain and install a shower/bath. He made a mistake and damaged the surround. The good news is a new one was brought to me and installed. It’s rare to have a company actually do a good job of fixing their mistakes. I would recommend Service Star to anyone who wants a good price and a committed company.Services: Toilet repair

Extremely happy finding this company. I was really nervous at first I have been traumatized by big companies. This company came Nathan was easy to work with. He seemed honest and easy to work with. He did a thorough exam throughout my house he found everything that needed to be fixed. I had some nasty smells through my house. I was nervous to get all the work done. I am glad I went through with it. New floor drain in laundry room, new sink in laundry room, new water softener, repiping and fixing my water heater.
