My sump pump started sputtering today and then the alarm went off. As I am not mechanically inclined at all, decided to give 1 Tom Plumber a try. I was very pleased to learn they don’t charge a dispatch fee! Dustin came out same day, was prompt, called me when he got here, put his booties on to protect the floor, and quickly got to work. He discovered the issue and resolved it within 20 minutes. I was very impressed by his approach and attitude. Will be saving his card for next time when there’s a more serious issue!
Dustin was such an amazing help!!! He got our toilet repaired and ready to go and was super nice at explaining what was going on! Definitely recommend
