They gave me good next steps and a recommended plumber when they determined the solution may be out of their wheelhouse. This is the second time I've used Roto-Matic (first was at a different property) and I've been happy both times. I'll be calling them back if needed in the future.“

“I purchased a home that needed the sewer line to be fixed. Marvel was able to run a new liner through it and fix the old dilapidated line. They were easy to work with and relatable. I did have a very slight leak from my sewer stack after the job, but they offered come back and fix that too once they were alerted of the issue. Dean’s was able to come out the same day and fix it and with in 30 mins of my call. It was an easy fix and less than 5 mins. From the scheduling call, to the service technician arriving was seamless and they arrived earlier then scheduled which was great as we were experiencing AC problems.

“My sump pump started sputtering today and then the alarm went off. As I am not mechanically inclined at all, decided to give 1 Tom Plumber a try. I was very pleased to learn they don’t charge a dispatch fee! Dustin came out same day, was prompt, called me when he got here, put his booties on to protect the floor, and quickly got to work. He discovered the issue and resolved it within 20 minutes. I was very impressed by his approach and attitude. Will be saving his card for next time when there’s a more serious issue!“

“I called Onyx and another plumbing company in St. Louis Park to get estimates for running a steel line partway to my replacement gas dryer (from a Google search, I was under the impression that the existing copper line was not allowed for natural gas, so I’d need a longer steel line to get close enough to use flexible stainless line). I sent both plumbing companies the same photos. John at Onyx informed me that I didn’t need any work because the copper line (clearly visible in the photos) was in fact acceptable. The other plumbing company instead quoted $585 for the work! I think that says it all. Thanks again, John!“

“I had the absolute best experience with Soderlin. Scheduling was accommodating and simple. We have a very old water heater we wanted advice on and they came out for a standard water heater inspection call ($89) and didn't play any games. I believe the tech's name was Jeff. He spent most of his time at the visit explaining to me answers to questions or even just offering wisdom/advice. He did not pressure a sale but he did offer a standard quote for a replacement in case we wanted it. I felt confidence that we can rely on Soderlin for years to come.“
