I had another company out who was licensed but did poor quality work and Dane was able to correct their work in a short amount of time and he also installed new laundry tubs for me in just a couple of hours.While he was busy, Gordy stopped by with some parts and took my old concrete behemoth tub with him, yay!Not only is my plumbing correct now but everything looks fantastic as well.I have a few more projects for spring/summer and I will definitely be calling Weld & Sons again. They are trustworthy, efficient and have fair pricing; I highly recommend them!“

“I was referred to Jake the Plumber for a new water heater after ours went out, and we received an upfront quote for the job after sending in some pictures, which we thought was really convenient as it is hard for my wife and I to take time off our jobs. We are incredibly happy with the service provided and also the product we received for a fair price and quality work. Absolutely nothing has been a straightforward fix in our old house, but Rick was really knowledgeable and thorough in his explanation of everything he was doing. “I had cracks in my sewer line leading out to the street and every year or two had to hire a contractor to grind the roots out. An inspection with a camera was recommended after an Especially long cleaning and one crack was especially troubling with pieces of the clay pipe missing. I had contacted several contractors for an estimate to repair the sewer pipe with a liner. I decided to go with Cichy based on several things including a friends recommendation that also had used them for the same issue, price and also for the fact that they do all the work from the outside so you don’t have to have your basement floor jackhammered which could create a new set of problems. Cichy’s crew showed up prompt both days and worked hard. We stayed in the house while they worked both days and only had a 4 hr period of not to flush the toilet. The final bill came a little over estimate but stipulated what could cause that and my friend who recommended them had their final bill come in under the estimate. The price was still reasonable based on the other estimates. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a sewer line problem“
“As other reviewers said, they came right on time. Punctuality is one of my values. Our townhome is forty years old and our dryer venting was the original “slinky” with thin rubber covering which isn’t up to code. The vent extended almost the full length of our home and ended above the a/c unit in our patio. This is not what the service team was expecting so, with their professional expertise, they instead installed new venting that exits at the side of our home. I’m impressed not only with the new installation but also with Grace’s expertise. I paid more than the ballpark figure I was quoted over the phone, but that didn’t surprise me. I’m satisfied with what I paid.I will recommend Erickson to others.“

“Such great service!I reached out to Joe for two plumbing issues on a Sunday night. He got back to me right away and showed up the next day. Joe called to let me know he was ahead of schedule and arranged to show up early, which is excellent.It turned out one issue was not plumbing related, but an HVAC issue. Joe FaceTimed a colleague in HVAC to show him the problem and arranged for an HVAC service call for me.Our second issue was a garbage disposal that wasn’t working. It was simply slightly unplugged. Though embarrassed, I was thankful!After all this, Joe did not charge me for the call. What?!Thank you Cutting Edge and Joe.“

Jeff Taylor has visited our home twice over the past few months, and has also been very responsive via text, to help us plan for and execute this large and complex project.
