We had an emergency sewer backup… Roto rooter was able to come out originally estimated in two hours, but they made it there in just over one hour. We couldn’t be happier with the quick work and the support of our technician Rumiz, as well as the additional people that came out to make sure we did not need any cleanup remediation, and then also scoped the line to make sure we understood current state. I am grateful for the speed, friendliness and quality of the week. Our weekend is back on track!
great company very responsive and kind. we had a sewer backup due to tree roots. it was around $500 to have the line cleaned, scoped, and the basement checked for moisture. they helped me submit an insurance claim for mitigation and were extremely knowledgeable. they also have a military discount. prefect company to call if you don’t know what the problem is or if your sewer has already backed up because they will take care of you! if you already know you need an annual line clearing there are probably cheaper places for that!
Our restroom (at an office building) had an overflow with the clogged floor drains . Rotor Rooter sent Jamison over same day to clear the drain. He knew exactly what to do and he even took the time to help me understand the situation and the whole process. Jamison is our hero and saved us from a very messy situation. He’s got a great personality, chill, down to earth and passionate at what he does. We respect that ! Thank you Rotor Rooter for having a wonderful person like Jamison to help us!
