On a Sunday A.M., 1 of our 2 toilets got plugged up. Upon inability to clear it via multiple plunger tries, called Dean's. Promptly had an appointment set for the next day. Plumber was on time and had it cleared up in approx 15 minutes! We've delighted with our Dean's Home Services membership for past several years. Which also results in a discount to our bill. Caleb has exceptional customer service skills. He was informative & accommodating with us & our dogs. He instantly made friends with our puppy. Caleb supervised our duct cleaning project with proficiency & professionally.
A great company to have walk me through some HVAC repairs. I first met with Caleb when he came to do an inspection. He presented me with issues he had found but didn't pressure me in to thinking I needed to have anything done immediately. He then set up a meeting with me to meet Casey, who presented all of the options that would be available for me if I chose repairs or replacements. Casey made me feel very comfortable with my choices and what was going to happen with my install. Less than 12 hours later I had David, Eddie, and Aaron here installing everything I had asked for.
