“I've hired AQS twice, once to get a failing AC unit back online and the second time to replace our Furnace and AC. Both times they were very helpful, patient, resourceful, and price competitive. There are a lot of big companies in town, but AQS provides that local experience while still having the expertise (if not more) than the bigger HVAC companies in town. Kurtis inspected my equipment, quoted our new equipment, and did our install. It was nice to work with one person throughout the whole process. Larger companies send a sales guy to talk to you and you have no idea who will be doing your install. “Vermon L was a very knowledgeable and thorough technician! He did a lot of testing to ensure everything was operating well and mid-range. For example, he made a slight change to gas flow to make it exactly at the right value. After his maintenance, there's assurance the furnace will be good to operate reliably for a long time.

Kevin (the formen), Alan, and Ethan did a great job. They surveyed everything carefully before beginning. The new AC and A Coil were installed very carefully. The thermostat was replaced and completely setup. Overall, it was an excellent installation.

“Our 17-year old furnace stopped working in late December. I tried fixing it myself through YouTube and HVAC forum research, to no avail. After buying and replacing a part, I finally broke down and called in reinforcement.Tom Schneider has entered the chat.I called him around 6:30 pm on a weeknight, and he was over to our home in Eden Prairie within 25 minutes. We had an old and confusing thermostat that didn't work very good, George suggested that we replace it with something easier to use. He personally delivered it after the initial service call. “Hands down the best HVAC company in the Twin Cities. We had issues with our furnace going out on Saturday the 11th. We had another company come in and charge us an absurd fee just to diagnose it and they tried to tell us a switch was broken and it'd cost $500-$600 to fix it and we'd be better off replacing the furnace with it's age. I contacted Marques and he came out and looked at everything. Turns out our capacitor needed to be replaced, our filter wasn't operating properly with the way our furnace was setup and the switch the other company said was broken was in fact not broken at all.Marques is the most knowledgeable person with HVAC I've ever interacted with and he makes it very easy to understand and explains everything thoroughly. He advised us to change our filter type and how often we're doing it because of limitations of our furnace and replaced our capacitor. He was here about an hour to make sure that everything was up and functioning fully and it cost us a grand total of $150. He checked the actual unit and also was knowledgeable about manufacturing defects that could have affected it and fixed the piece it needed.
