Brinks has worked on a number of different properties for me. Dave does great work, is exceptionally responsive, and he’s honest. If you believe that character matters this is where you should be going.

Dave was super helpful and super friendly. After saying he was booking a few days out, he realized I lived super close to him. He ended up being able to swing by a half hour later, and was able to help sort out my issues.

I have a 20 year old AC unit which was not cooling properly. Called Dave and he came out within 2 hours to take a look. He understood my situation (short-term fix, not looking to fully replace old system yet), offered his input, and was able to fix my issue without trying to pressure or sell me a brand new AC unit. I was looking for a short-term, reasonably priced fix for an old AC unit without having to replace the entire thing and Dave provided exactly that! He even offered a bit of education on my system, which was helpful.
Will definitely be going back to him when it's time to replace the entire system in the not-too-distant future!
