I didn't choose this company. They responded to my phone call about my broken furnace immediately. They sent someone out to me who was kind, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and responsive, immediately. Kurt took all the time I needed to answer all of my questions and was very patient. Amaxx was one of 4 quotes. They were not the cheapest. I went with the cheapest. WHY? Because centerpoint energy is a large brand name that I trusted and I thought I was getting apples to apples. I am also cost conscious and watch every penny.Since centerpoint energy installed my furnace a year ago, I have lost more money than I saved! Two months after my new install, the furnace broke.
