Called these guys looking for an estimate to replace my home's AC unit. It turns out they do not service the area I live in, but spent 10 minutes on the phone with me anyway talking through their recommendation and what might be going on (and told me to call back if I have any additional questions). What amazing customer service -- wish I could hire them! Makes you believe they really have the customer's best interest in mind.
