Our 17-year old furnace stopped working in late December. I tried fixing it myself through YouTube and HVAC forum research, to no avail. After buying and replacing a part, I finally broke down and called in reinforcement.Tom Schneider has entered the chat.I called him around 6:30 pm on a weeknight, and he was over to our home in Eden Prairie within 25 minutes. Had a problem with my furnace attached humidifier. Tom was out within an hour, determined what the problem was, went and bought the necessary part and repaired it. We now have a working humidifier and the air in the house is much better. Would not hesitate to recommend Tom to any of my friends. Thanks, Tom. Much appreciated..

Would not hesitate to recommend Tom and EP Heating and Air. Call him with some questions about HVAC vents and he came out in 30 minutes, looked at the issues and answered some questions. Didn't even charge me anything for the visit. He will be the only guy I call next time.Service: HVAC duct & vent repair
