I bought the defender for my apartment- I have a rabbit (she's the messy, stinky roommate) and I get pretty bad allergies this time of year. After running the Defender (with the charcoal wraps) for only a few hours, I was breathing easier and you couldn't even tell the stinky roommate was there. The Defender is a no-brainer investment!Melissa was incredibly informative and helpful during the purchase process as well. She took the time to sit down with me and answer any and all questions about the Defender and the financing plans-- there was a plan for any budget! It was such an easy process with a great product that improves your quality of life-- what's not to love?

I have been using my Filter Queen Vacuum and Defender for 18 years. The product is amazing and I have not had any issues that have not been taken care of immediately. Service calls are made on a regular basis whether I need them or not and I have never had a bad experience. Quality products and great service. a great combination!
