Eric was friendly and knowledgeable when he came to do Fall service on my gas furnace, establishing trust quickly. So, I asked about Wi-Fi thermostat options, and Eric did a great job explaining the differences between brands. I had been doing online thermostat research, but it was super helpful to talk to a technician who knows his stuff to make the right choice. I appreciated him completing the install same day as a thermostat was not on my original service request.

GV heating & air tech Heath fixed our furnace in 30 minutes today. He was very efficient, honest and knowledgeable. He cleaned out clogging, changed capacitor $12, tested CO levels, ensured furnace safety and confirmed thermostat is working good, for total $200. Problem started after another company did a furnace tune-up two days ago pushing sales hard, quoted $179 for capacitor, scared us furnace was unsafe, tried to sell CO monitor for $199 and then new furnace. I’m always impressed by their quality of work and attention to detail. I used them for an instal of a furnace and AC, 8 years ago, and continue to use their expertise for routine tune ups.
