“I needed A repair to one of my outside faucets. I had been negligent one year and left an attachment on my faucet through the winter. It froze on the faucet and I was never able to remove it. I was sort of able to continue to use it. But it was becoming more unsatisfactory. There was leaking and hooking up my hose to the old attachment I'd left on was not working so well anymore. I called about the hose bib replacement offer they were advertising. But also had stated I was not sure my situation would allow a new hose bib. without complications. Trevor Nabozny arrived. After some back and forth discussion, He told me he would try and remove the offending attachment. And if he could remove it, I probably would not need to have a new hose bib. In my situation, it would have been very expensive He set to work and, much to my delight (that is not an exaggeration) he got the attachment off! He took it from there, did some other fine tuning and I now have a working hose faucet, with no leaking, without the expense of a new hose bib. I couldn't have been happier. So he will be my plumber of choice if I ever need a plumber again Thank you Trevor“

“Eric did a great job with the installation of our tankless hot water system a few years ago. However, one of our two units stopped working a few weeks ago, with red flashing error messages on the display. I texted Eric. While he initially answered me back quickly, I haven’t been able to get in touch with him since. No answer to several texts and a VM on his phone. Disappointing that the company does the (expensive) installation, but leaves you hanging when you need service. Looking for a plumber familiar with tankless hot water heaters now to call.

“A Plymouth Plumbing master plumber changed our bathtub faucet--which wasn't simple because he had to weld a longer pipe--and fixed several toilets. Another time he installed a hose bib in the garage. The owner of Plymouth Plumbing is responsive, courteous and prompt in managing all the appointments.“

“oh, before anything further, yes, despite the username, we're real people. I saw the other Yelp reviews which were abysmal, and also noted the ones in Angies which were mostly positive. We were in the market for a whole house generator because, well, we're looking at a stage of life where being without power would be awkward. I bumped into their sales rep at Costco and scheduled a visit. The estimator was professional and knew his stuff. (I have a, shall we say, "passing familiarity" with these issues and he had all the right answers). We had another company come out and the prices were pretty close to each other, so we opted for Oak. (both were fully licensed and insured. We did this by the book) Their installation crew came on time, did a superb job, and finished up in that one day. (slight delay for "official" certification as two separate city inspectors, gas and electric, had to sign off. But it was painless). So... in short.. highly recommended. Slight side note: We opted for Generac which, while not the best unit, has something like 90 percent of the home market. Reason we chose it is simply that if ten years from now it needs service and Oak is no longer around, there will be a dozen companies who can handle it. If we were looking for something to run for weeks at a time we'd have chosen another option, but for the basic, civilized areas, where an outage should be rare and then, at most, a couple of days, these are fine.“
